RENTAL CONDITIONS
Minimum age
Minimum 18 years old
Drivers license
Drivers license must be presented.
Your country drivers license is OK.
Deposit
A credit card must be presented for deposit.
Insurance
Price includes insurance in case of accident with a deductible of 30 000 XPF.
In case of damages on the vehicle when returning, repairs will be charged on the deposit :
– rip on the soft roof : 25 000 XPF
– flat tire : 15 000 XPF
– broken side mirror : 12 000 XPF
– broken headlight : 20 000 XPF
– scratch on the body : 5 000 XPF (small) / 15 000 XPF (medium) / 25 000 XPF (large)
– other : depending on the price of the broken part
Payments
Accepted payments :
– online : paypal, credit cards
– on site : cash, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) except AMEX
CANCELLING CONDITIONS
- More than 3 days before the rental : refund 90%
- Between 1 and 3 days before the rental : refund 50%
- The day of the rental : no refund
- Rebooking due to external cause : it depends on availability, no fees
